This event is for anyone who is already a real estate investor or fund raiser.  This event is not for tire-kickers, or newbies.  That is why we are charging a fee to attend.  A sophisticated real estate investor will instantly understand how important this topic is and will have no problem paying $97 to attend.

What are the dates for the event? 
This event will take place on January 13 & 14th in Mississauga, Ontario,  at the 4 Points by Sheraton Hotel, 6257 Airport Road, Mississauga, Ontario(right at the Pearson International Airport)

Can I bring a spouse or business partner?
Each attendee must hold their own ticket.  To Make this event really interactive, we have decided to limit the attendance to 200 people.  It is first come - first serve.  Every attendee must have a ticket.

Can I get a refund if I can't attend the event?
We are not offering refunds or the transfer of tickets for this event. All ticket sales are final so that we can have an accurate headcount.

Can I Pitch My Real Estate Venture at the Event?
We have limited opportunities for venture presentations but because there are going to be 200 people in the room who are looking for investments.  If you are interested in presenting your opportunity you must purchase a ticket first and apply on the confirmation page.

Due diligence will be carried out to ensure that each opportunity pitched is compliant with Ontario Securities Exchange Rules or applicable fund-raising rules.
